Intellectual property rights and copyright
The information and products published on the Site are protected by intellectual property and copyright law.

Exceptions to the intellectual property rights and copyright.

The Editor collects data provided voluntarily by the User during the process of filling the survey published on the Site. No “Personal Details” such as first name, family name, e-mail, address and further information are recorded or stored in the Site.
If the User decides to disclose any personal information of any kind, it is considered as a voluntary decision from the User. The Editor reserves the right to take legal action against any offender. The User agrees to inform the Editor immediately if he or she becomes aware of any such activity.
Guarantees and exclusions
The User accepts that the Editor provides the Site as it is and use is made of it entirely at the User’s own risk and responsibility. In the case of a User who is under the legal age of majority the responsibility falls on his or her legal guardian.
Invalidation of a clause
The invalidation of a clause of the present terms and conditions by any court of law will immediately incur its replacement by a clause which respects the spirit of the invalidated clause as closely as possible. The partial or total cancellation of a clause of the present terms and conditions implies no relation with the other clauses and the terms and conditions are applicable in full accordance with the law.
